It’s not first time that Facebook offered so big pay package to Indian student. Recently, Facebook hired an NIT Warangal student at a pay package of Rs 45 lakh. In 2010, Facebook hired an Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Madras student at an annual package of Rs 1.7 crore. The student is a B.Tech student whose name hasn’t been revealed for privacy reasons. He received a letter from facebook for confirmation his appointment at a pay package of USD 2,62,500. The student would join Facebook in June after completing his final year. He will have to move to Facebook’s Menlo Park, California office. | |
